NEW ALBUM

Just back from Fairview Studios near Hull where I have sat with owner Keith Herd mastering the new Amplifires CD - Fire on the Moon - and it sounds good. Keith has worked with musicians like The Housemartins and Beuatiful South (glad I got them out of the way as I think they are shit!), Mick Ronson, David Bowie, Def Leppard, Robert Palmer, Maddy Prior, The Glitter Band, the Toy Dolls, Sisters of Mercy and loads more (including a post Sensational Alex Harvey, producing and mixing his posthumously released final album - and now its The Amplifires!

Hopefully the 10 tracks will be available for download from the site and payable by PayPal this week - a limited edition hard copy of the album on CD with bonus tracks will be available by mail order within a few days - details to follow.
